This client had expressed they were happy with our risk recruitment services in the past, they found the candidates that we placed remained in their roles for long periods, and therefore wanted to utilise our knowledge within security. They instructed us to source candidates with a background in consulting for multiple roles all at different levels of seniority.
Our client was competing for candidates against some of the largest multinational firms, many of which were able to offer their staff a higher salary in comparison. Successful candidates would also be likely to have a higher workload than at a larger company as the structure was much flatter. It was important that we communicated the positive aspects of the role to any potential candidates including faster career progression.
We sourced candidates for these roles by approaching people who worked for larger multinational firms and discussing the benefits of moving to a business with a flatter structure. We found many of these candidates didn’t feel like they were making enough of an impact in their current roles and were open to new opportunities where it would be easier for them to progress and become more established in the business.
Over the course of two months, we successfully placed seven new candidates in security consulting roles with many successful candidates moving from large multinational firms. We maintain a solid relationship with this client in the cybersecurity space and well as the risk space. We work regularly with them, including with candidates we have placed, to now build their teams up too.
