OT Infrastructure & Services Lead

IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager

Cybernetic Search have partnered with a global Biotechnology company, specialized in manufacturing and delivering innovative human therapeutics.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of network/infrastructure engineers, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and training.
• Manage Incident, Change, and Problem Management for manufacturing, pilot plant, and quality control services.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analyzing IT OT issues impacting production processes.
• Direct the lifecycle management of client and server infrastructures, contribute to business integration projects, and provide leadership in OT infrastructure and services.

Experience:

• Hold 7-10 years of IT OT engineering experience in pharmaceuticals or analogous complex settings, engaging locally and globally.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Lead/Support implementation of OT infrastructure standards and best practices across all Site OT and Process Automation platforms, collaborating with fellow process automation engineers, as well as IT and OT professionals.
• Exhibit expertise across IT architecture, infrastructure, quality, and security, alongside adept stakeholder and employee management skills.

Nice to have: Demonstrate proficiency in highly-regulated industries, such as Life Sciences.
