OT Cybersecurity Program Manager

Cybernetic are working with a leading provider in the water and wastewater sector, committed to ensuring the highest standards of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. Their mission is to deliver reliable and secure services to the community by maintaining robust computer systems and data communication networks.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain OT cybersecurity programs, including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Evaluate OT networks and SCADA systems for compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Oversee and support the design, installation, and maintenance of cybersecurity systems and tools.
• Manage and mentor Cybersecurity & Network Engineers, ensuring best practices and collaboration with the Instrumentation & Controls team.

Skill Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of networking, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience managing projects and directing contractor work, with supervisory and mentorship abilities.
• Familiarity with ICS security standards and systems like Allen-Bradley PLCs and OT network monitoring tools.
• At least five years of experience with IT or OT systems, including cybersecurity implementation and industrial communication networks.
