Vacancy Details – IT Service Manager (Fully Remote)

My client, a global leading logistics provider is looking for an IT service manager to manage the running global account. You will be responsible for the end-to-end responsibilities, whilst representing the IT department and the business when engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment for a company that offers global opportunities and promotes within.
Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes are adhered to, such as, incident processing, CR processing, demand processing, monthly service reviews and general reporting.
  • Interface with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of support related function?
  • To ensure SLAs are adhered to.  

Experience required

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience of IT service support.
  • Minimum of five years managing people.
  • Experience of working remotely in a global environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior and external stakeholders
