Sophia graduated from the University of Southern California in 2022 with a degree in Health and Human Sciences. Through her pre-med track in college, she discovered her passion for helping others, which ultimately led her to recruitment, landing her at Cybernetic Search.
Her favorite thing about recruitment is being able to build relationships and interact with new people every single day. She works with a wide range of candidates, from junior to senior levels, across tech sales and data privacy. Sophia is a California native, born and raised in San Francisco, and has remained in Los Angeles since college!
