As a Recruitment Consultant this past year I have been able to link highly skilled professionals to a variety of clients ranging from Series A start-ups to Major International Consultancies. One of my proudest projects I completed was a 3-Office build out at all new locations for my client, providing a consultative approach starting with the location choice, then placing all three Director's, and placing all roles from there down the line to entry level employees fresh out of college. I have always worked within the tech space and in the past have built out teams at SNAP HQ in Venice, CA as well as facilitate the merger of DirecTV and At&t's mobile QA teams helping form the DirecTV Now internet streaming service and team.
