Managers at Cybernetic go through a rigorous managers development programme and cannot become a manager unless they qualify and successfully demonstrate that they can manage people to success. Entry-level employees should expect a manager to be hands on. If you’re more experienced then you’ll get all the autonomy that you need. It's not a micro-management sales environment here as we are a service lead company. We train you and offer you ongoing support but you have the freedom and control to manage your desk and your day-to-day how you see fit.
