US Head of Sales

As the Head of US Sales you will be primary responsible to drive revenue streams from both new customers (managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation till deal closure) while building close strategic relationship with existing customers to maximizing recurring revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in sales at a SaaS company.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics or Maritime industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets & quotas
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SaaS industry and subscription-based pricing.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales processes specifically with enterprises Business / Operations / Finance executives.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with concentration in business administration, supply chain, logistics, operations – preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth in the designated vertical / geography.
  • Expand customer base by independently identifying and qualifying prospects and leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure of commercial agreement.
  • Build strategic long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Manage strategic relationship with customer executive teams and champions to ensure recurring revenue stream growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, to maximize recurring revenues (improving product adoption, customer satisfaction and retention).
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Work closely with the product team to enhance product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, market activities and competitors.
