Cybernetic Search has partnered with a leading bank who are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (CRM) to join them on a permanent basis in either Eschen or Zurich.
They are currently present in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, and the UAE and offer a 40% home office environment. The right candidate would have full proficiency of German as it is their company language.

Main responsibilities:
- You will manage the technically demanding CRM project and implement it independently as well as purposefully. You will be responsible for all steps: from analysis, conception, integration into peripheral systems to testing and commissioning of the solutions.
- After the first project phase, you will lead a team that provides technical support for the continuous development of the customer-centric CRM process.
- You will play an active role in our program for the Group-wide implementation of the ACT 26 strategy, in particular in the introduction of a new CRM system.
- Several years of professional experience in CRM and digitization in the financial sector,
- You have completed further training in project management or have several years of practical experience in the field of IT project management,
- Experience in agile working is a plus.
- Expertise with Java, APEX, Visualforce and Salesforce Technologies, REST, Kafka; JSON would be highly beneficial.
