My client is a Fortune 100 consultancy looking for a Senior Tier-3 Technical Support Software Engineer with strong communication skills to join their growing team in their Irvine office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent backend Java experience
  • Strong Database experience of writing data queries, troubleshooting
  • Experience working with legacy code, refactoring it, and developing new business features.
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot code.
  • Understand PCF
  • Experience with Unix/Windows and XML

Responsibilities:

  • On call support during weekends
  • Work in agile team developing new features, fixing bugs, and investigating issues from production
  • Work with legacy app and work towards making applications stable by helping with optimization and refactoring ideas.
  • Thoroughly understand customers business
