Regional Sales Director (West)

Our client is an end-to-end OT cyber security company whose proactive digital risk mitigation solutions are deployed at enterprises worldwide to protect business continuity and ongoing operations. They provide comprehensive risk assessment, monitoring, and management solutions and services for critical infrastructure and industrial manufacturing organizations, enabling them to effectively secure their digital transformations in converged OT-IT-IIoT networked environments. 

What will you do as a Regional Sales Director:

  • Are you an industrial security sales expert with a ‘can do it’ approach?
  • Do you get excited from the idea of being the first man of the ground, taking responsibility and growing the business?

As a sales director, you will -

  • Research, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy starting from targeting accounts, through building channels & partnerships to marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Create and implement a strategic region-wide sales plan, drive and over-achieve quotas while managing the entire direct sales process.
  • You’ll be working in a dynamic, agile environment with highly professional team members, and world-leading customers and partners.
 

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP Sales. 

Requirements

  • Must be based on the West Coast
  • Experience achieving annual revenue targets in channel management and direct sales, selling cyber-security software - MUST
  • Strong technical understanding - must
  • Industrial background/knowledge
  • An “hands-on” attitude with a passion to drive both individual and team success
  • Able to work independently at times whilst also collaborating with colleagues across the world.
  • Enterprise sales experience with ability to sell to multiple stakeholders during a complex sales cycle. Preferably previous experience selling to CISO, CIO or CTO contacts
  • Strong business acumen for uncovering, evaluating, growing and closing sales opportunities within a dynamic environment
  • A proven history of over achievement and excellence
