JCW is currently hiring on behalf of a leading investment research company that is looking for an Android Engineer to join their New York office.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be involved in building new features using a modern Android development stack including Kotlin.
• Work closely with various development teams to port old React Native features into native Android code.
• Contribute towards their React site, node backend and infrastructure through different projects.

Position requirements:

• Strong programming skills. Kotlin and Java are highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional working experience as an Android Engineer.
• Proven experience building robust, high performing systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning new technical skills quickly.
• Any experience with React Native is a plus.
