Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Cybernetic Search is partnered with a Leading Bank in Lucerne. We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented individual to join their Information Communication Technology division as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist (80%-100%).

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of their IAM system platform, which includes the ICT ticket system, ICT shop (self-service portal), and workflow-based identity and access management.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation of our IAM system platform (built on One Identity).
• Handling complex support tasks and conducting analysis in a second-level environment.
• Collaborating on the maintenance, optimization, and ongoing development of our IAM system platform and its peripheral systems.
• Creating and implementing professional, organizational, and technical concepts.
• Participating in projects and working groups, as well as managing IAM-specific implementation projects.

Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in conceptualizing, configuring, further developing, and operationally integrating IAM systems (experience with One Identity is a plus).
• Experience in the Microsoft system landscape, including client, server, Office, and Active Directory, as well as practical experience in working with SQL data.
• Experience in .NET development using Visual Studio and web services integration (nice to have).
• Experience with authentication and authorization solutions.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize processes in complex ICT architectures.
• Experience in conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing challenging projects.
• C1/C2 German.
