JCW is currently recruiting for a Director of Engineering for a Fintech company in NYC. You will be responsible for building out the firm's core platforms and applications, as well as mananging a team of engineers. Prior experience working in a startup environment and/or a Fintech company is a plus. You must have experience working on B2C applications and leading engineering teams!
