  • Experience with Salesforce administration and development
  • Experience with branching strategies in Git
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD best practices and tooling
  • Experience with Shifting left and embedding security to the left of the pipeline.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuasively articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in pre-sales engineering and leading client conversations is a plus
  • Industry certification of Salesforce or any relevant certifications is a plus
  • Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
