Job Title: Defect Triage/Management
• Must have good domain knowledge and Experience in wireless telecommunications industry ( Front Office, Backoffice, Data Analytics, Engineering, Billing.. )
• Should be able to Test & analyze the logs of SOAP Services, REST API and Micro Services
• AWS S3 Knowledge is Required to Support few projects
• Hands on experience in JIRA and Quality Center
• Must have experience on Defects Management Process, Defect Life cycles
• Using Provided inputs in defects, Should be able to pull the logs & Other Required info from UNIX,FTP, SPLUNK and other logging systems/ tools.
• Should be able to track and Maintain and Track Defects RCA’s, SLA and KPI..
• Schedule and manage Defects Ongoing war room/ triage bridge for integration related defects
• Defect Review & Triage with right teams
• Defect Root Cause Analysis Tracking
• After triage, Defect Assignment to right teams and communication
