This a newly created, pivotal role with my client based in Luxembourg.
The role of the Customer Experience Officer is to fill in the gap between the customer and my client. You will ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.
The information you will gather from the customer experience will gain insights from the customer’s unique perspective, aiming to augment the customer experience and cultivate customer engagement.
You will have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and come from a big company background.
Industry experience is not important but priority will be given to candidates from a contact centre, direct marketing or operations management. Experience in a technological sector e.g. Telco, software development or ICT will be a bonus.
French language proficiency is essential as is English.
