Would you like to lead a growing companies engineering discipline that has build a revolutionary Deep Learning Acceleration platform for enterprise businesses?
One of our top early stage startup companies is currently searching for a CTO to join their C-suite and run their engineering team of 11, growing to 15!
What you will do:
-Roadmapping, strategy, and defining the engineering discipline for a high-tech deep learning and software team
-Not be afraid to occasionally get hands-on. While this is not a coding role, there are times where all hands on deck will be needed
-Join a company that already has signifgant traction and notoriety in the Canada startup scene, with plans to be a household name in the AI market internationally
What you need:
-At least 2 years of experience running an engineering team and performing executive leadership functions (roadmapping, strategy, hiring teams, etc.)
-Experience with complex software product development, preferably enterprise level SaaS
-Ability to instill energy and discipline into the engineering team, and experience with productization, not just research, of new technology.
Big plusses for:
-Experience with Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning engineering techniques
-Leadership experience specifically with early stage startups
