Cybernetic Search has partnered with one of the largest Software companies in the world, who have quadrupled their share price over the last five years. They are looking to expand their C# Software Engineering team by 24 Engineers, due to acquisition, modernization projects, and growth strategies.



The role has a fantastic work-life balance, but we need Engineers onsite for 1 day, every 3 weeks for Sprint meetings (Scottsdale, AZ). Clear career progression is a key benefit of this role. We are able to transfer H1b i-140 but are unable to sponsor at this time.



We are looking for Software Engineers (Experienced, Senior and Staff level), who are looking for hybrid roles working on the latest technologies and who have ambitions of being managers, architects, and technical leaders as they expand. You will focus on the design, development, and testing of custom development projects for new software development, as well as maintaining/modernizing existing applications.




Experience in C# / or other object-orientated languages with an interest in learning C# .NET

Experience working in an agile environment

Able to effectively identify and communicates project scope, complexity, and expectations across functions (e.g., Product, Design, Documentation)



While not required, it is desirable to have:

Experience breaking down monolith applications into microservices

Experiences migrating from on-premise to Cloud (Ideally Azure)

Experience in DevOps methodology, incorporating a full software development lifecycle role.

Experience with modern technology such as Infrastructure as code, Containerisation and CI/CD

Salaries are between $100,000 to $175,000 DOE + bonus up to 15%.

1st) 15-minute call with me

4th) Technical interview – 3.5 hours.
