JCW is currently recruiting for a Business Development Lead for a Fintech startup in NYC. You will be responsible for identifying and building sales relationships with clients in the financial services sector, driving and closing business to sell the organization’s key SaaS tools, and leading renewal and retention initiatives. This role will be transitioning into a managerial/leadership role in the near future, as a team is built around it, and will include a base salary, bonus, and equity. Prior sales experience at a Fintech or within the financial sector is required.
– 5+ years of sales in the financial or fintech space.
– Prior experience selling SaaS products is highly preferred.
– Knowledge of data, machine learning and AI products is highly preferred.
– Demonstrated experience building out pipelines, maintaining client/vendor relationships in the financial or SaaS space, and channel management.
– Prior experience in a fast paced or startup environment is preferred.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
